BIS welcomed Jeremy Smith, Regional Delivery Director (South East England) and Garth Weaver, Strategic Estates Lead from NHS England and NHS Improvement – Commercial Directorate and Geoff Lewis, Estates Programme Manager and Kevin Walls, Estates Architet / Senior Project Manager from Solent NHS Trust for a progress tour on-site at the new Highclere Medical Centre project in Cosham, Portsmouth.
