BIS recently welcomed Penny Mordaunt, North Portsmouth MP to the Highclere Medical Centre new build project in Cosham and the wider teams invlolved in the scheme including, Solent NHS Estates and Facilites and members of the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) for a tour of the build progress.
